Monster Jam was AWESOME!!

 We had so much fun yesterday at the Advanced Auto Parts Monster Jam!  I can't believe how much I enjoyed!  I knew the kids would be it was fun for me too!

My daughter loved the Monster Mutt! I am not sure if it was because it looked like a dog or because it was driven by a girl.  Although right at the end of the last event the driver of

Grave Digger waved up towards us and she is certain he was waving at her!  

The little man seemed to love MCGruff the best, he told me he loved the police car lights. 

I think my favorite was the Maverick truck.  It seemed like the home team to me.  Plus, I go to Maverick ALL THE TIME!!

We will for sure go to Monster Jam again!

Onion Crunch Fried Onions - Yummy!

A couple of months ago I was sent a bottle of these Onion Crunch Fried Onions.  They are so tasty!  I have tried them on burgers, in salad, in casseroles AND - I just ate a handful.  They are super yummy.  They taste like actual onion rings.  Not to greasy - just good!  They are 2 points plus per serving on Weight Watchers which is great. 

They are made with - 0 trans fat, 0 cholesterol - Onions, Oil, Flour & Salt
They will be available at Walmart later this month. What more can you ask for!

Disney On Ice was a HIT!

We went to Disney On Ice at the Energy Solutions Arena this afternoon.  It was so fun!  We had seen the 100 Years of Magic show a few years ago and I was so excited when we realized that they had changed it up - so it wasn't the same as it was before!


My daughter loved the princesses of course and she loved the Lion King.  My son is a HUGE Nemo fan so he was super I really liked The Incredibles and the It's a Small World scene.  I think my husband liked watching the girls spin on skates... lol!

We had a BLAST!!!

My kids are so dang excited for Disney on Ice to come back to Salt Lake! I seriously think they have internal clocks that know that the time is getting close! In just a little over a month we will be enjoying the show! I love love love watching my kids get excited to see their favorite Disney characters! I usually get a little teary, I know that's silly, but that's how emotional I am.
