Edited for Personal Security

This post was inspired by Mama's Losin' It. Kat has been answering fan mail. Someone jokingly asked her for her Social Security Number. Of course she posted a fake one - but when her husband was reading the post he got all mad at her. Her post as the whole conversation with her husband, but I totally love this quote, "You know...I don't know what to be more offended by, that I'm your wife and you really think I'm stupid enough to put my social security number on the internet...or that you don't know my social security number...shouldn't you know that???"

This post of hers made me laugh because of a similar conversation that Matt and I had a few weeks ago when Matt was reading the adoption story posts I have been writing....

Matt: Sherri who is this Susan you are writing about?

Me: Did you read the story? Do you recognize that it's Micayla's adoption story?

Matt: Yeah but who is Susan? That's not Micayla's birthmom's name.

Me: You don't really think that I would use the real name did you?

Matt: Oh Okay. I just wondered.

I am glad that our significant others are watching out for us and hoping that we don't post too much personal information on our blogs.

I thought that post of hers was cute, also! I had already figured that you probably changed names but I guess us women all think alike :)
I have noticed that lots of bloggers have cute little names for their kids, not using the real ones, and I wanted to do that, but haven't come up with anything yet.

So funny. Yeah they are watching are backs. I haven't used any fake names yet except for my psych dr. I just call him Dr. B.
